INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, candied citrus peels 25% (orange, lemon and citron peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk 9%, natural yeast 7% (wheat flour, water), clementines paste 2% (ground clementines, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), fresh eggs 1%, whole fresh pasteurized milk 0.8%, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar, salt, natural flavours.
May contain nuts, soya and mustard.
