INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, candied orange peels 15% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, fresh egg yolk 8%, natural yeast 6% (wheat flour, water), fresh egg white 3%, hazelnuts 2.5%, almonds, whole fresh pasteurized milk 0.9%, honey 0.9%, emulsifying agent: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids; rice starch, salt, rice flour, natural flavours.
May contain other nuts, soya and mustard.
