INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, candied orange peels 16.5% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), anhydrous butter* 9.8%, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast 6% (wheat flour, water), fresh egg white, hazelnuts 2.5%, almonds 2%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice starch, invert sugar, rice flour, salt, natural flavours.
May contain other nuts, soya and mustard.
* Butter in such quantities as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product.
