Soft, naturally leavened with pure mother dough, rich in drops of dark chocolate in the dough and on the crunchy hazelnut glaze.

INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, chocolate 14% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifying agent: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavour), anhydrous butter* 10%, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast 6% (wheat flour, water), fresh egg white, chocolate drops 2% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifying agent: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavour), hazelnuts 1,5%, apricot kernels, emulsifying agent: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids; rice starch, invert sugar, rice flour, salt, natural flavours.

May contain other nuts and mustard.
