This section of the Maina Panettoni S.p.A. website is dedicated to compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, concerning the protection of individuals who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of individuals who report breaches of national legislation.

It should be noted from the outset that the matters which may be subject to reporting pursuant to the aforementioned Decree are exclusively the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offences;<\/li>\n
  • unlawful conduct of relevance pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001, or violations of the organizational and management models provided therein;<\/li>\n
  • offences falling within the scope of application of European Union or national acts relating to the following sectors: public procurement; financial services, products and markets, and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; product safety and compliance; transport safety; environmental protection; radiation protection and nuclear safety; food and feed safety, animal health and welfare; public health; consumer protection; privacy and personal data protection, and the security of networks and information systems;<\/li>\n
  • acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the Union;<\/li>\n
  • acts or omissions concerning the internal market;<\/li>\n
  • acts or conduct that frustrate the object or purpose of the provisions set out in Union acts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Outside of the aforementioned categories, the Whistleblowing Management System may not be used.<\/p>\n

    Whistleblowing reports may not concern complaints or personal grievances of the reporting party, relations with superiors, or relations with colleagues.<\/p>\n

    In particular, the following reports are prohibited:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • that contain offensive or insulting expressions;<\/li>\n
    • that have manifestly defamatory or slanderous purposes;<\/li>\n
    • that relate exclusively to aspects of private life, without any direct or indirect connection to the working or professional activity of the person reported;<\/li>\n
    • that have the sole purpose of causing harm to the person reported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
