Naturally leavened Colomba cake, soaked with coffee and filled with a delicious Tiramisù cream.
As is generally the case, decorating the cake with cocoa powder included inside the packing, is left until the cake is about to be served.

INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, Tiramisù cream filling 17% (sugar, water, glucose syrup, egg yolk 8.5%, butter, skimmed milk powder, alcohol, flavours, mascarpone 1%, thickener: pectin ; preserving agent: potassium sorbate), fresh eggs, sugar, butter, coffee syrup 7.5% (water, sugar, coffee distillate 8%, alcohol, flavours), whole fresh pasteurized milk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, fructose, beer yeast, flavours.
May contain nuts, soya and mustard.
