Moist Colomba cake, soaked in confectionery Alkermes with a trace of spices and sour cherries and filled with a delicate whisky and custard cream.
To be sprinkled with cocoa powder, for the final touch.

INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, cream-whisky flavouring cream 17% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, butter, skimmed milk powder, whisky 3%, cream 2%, flavours, thickener: pectin, preserving agent: potassium sorbate), fresh eggs, sugar, butter, alkermes flavouring syrup 8% (water, sugar, alcohol, flavours, colour: E 120), whole fresh pasteurized milk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetal origin); salt, fructose, beer yeast, flavours.
May contain nuts, soya and mustard.
