Naturally leavened dough enriched with pieces of not candied tropical fruits.

Its extraordinary moistness is due to its slow leavening and natural cooling.

Panettone without candied citrus fruit peels and sultanas, with dehydrated fruit sugar added – Naturally leavened oven baked cake.
Wheat flour – Dehydrated tropical fruits sugar added 25.5% (Pineapple, Papaya, Guava and Jackfruit, Sugar) – Butter – Sugar – Fresh egg yolk – Natural yeast 7.5% (Wheat flour, Water) – Invert sugar – Emulsifying agents: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids – Whole fresh pasteurized milk – Salt – Natural flavours.
May contain traces of nuts and soya.
