Colomba without candied citrus fruit peels, with dehydrated tropical fruit sugar added – Naturally leavened oven baked cake Wheat flour – Dehydrated tropical fruits sugar added 28% (Pineapple, Papaya, Guava and Jackfruit, Sugar) – Butter – Sugar – Fresh egg yolk – Natural yeast (contains wheat) – Whole fresh pasteurized milk – Emulsifying agent: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids – Invert sugar – Salt – Natural flavours. Ingredients packet icing sugar (1.5%): Sugar – Wheat starch – Flavours. May contain traces of nuts and soya.
