Chocolate delight for everybody

The irresistible delight of chocolate together with the pleasure of lightness. This is how Lactose-free Colomba al Cioccolato was created.
Soft, naturally leavened with pure mother dough, rich in drops of dark chocolate in the dough and on the crunchy hazelnut glaze.

The product is prepared with selected butter with a low lactose content, so that the final lactose content is less than 0.01%.

Colomba with chocolate, coated with hazelnut frosting decorated with chocolate drops - naturally leavened oven baked cake.
Wheat flour, Sugar, Chocolate 15% (Sugar, Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Emulsifyng agent: Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla flavour), Anhydrous butter*, Fresh egg yolk, Natural yeast 6% (Wheat flour, Water), Chocolate drops 3% (Sugar, Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Emulsifyng agent: Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla flavour), Fresh egg white, Hazelnuts 1.3%, Apricot kernels, Emulsifying agent: Mono-diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetal origin), Rice starch, Invert sugar, Rice flour, Salt, Natural flavours.
May contains other nuts.

*Butter in such quantities as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product.
